Working 1:1 - The Process
1. We Chat
On our first (complementary) call, you share a bit more about yourself so I can better understand your specific needs. Whether you’ve just been diagnosed, are undergoing active treatment, or you’re recovering after surgery, every yoga session is designed to suit you.
2. Get Guidance & Support
You’ll be guided through each yoga therapy session over Zoom - so you never have to leave the comfort of home. With your aims and goals always front-of-mind, I’ll work at your pace. Whatever you may be going through, know you’re fully supported during our time together.
3. Experience the Benefits
Yoga can help alleviate the extreme anxiety and stress that comes along with diagnosis. It can also help manage the side effects of chemotherapy and medications, while speeding up the healing process. You may find you sleep better, too.

Slow Flow Hatha yoga is a slower form of yoga that incorporates the same well-loved yoga poses but with a stronger focus on breathing and mindful awareness. Poses are often held for more extended periods to encourage the mind to settle into the body and to build the inner strength to move along this path of awakening.

Chair Yoga invites you to find mobility in a way that is soft and gentle but also really supportive and beneficial. It invites awareness and integrity into the body, specifically the line of the spine and activates the muscles that help you find length up through the spine for better posture and energy flow.
